According to a Facebook user these photos have been making the round on Facebook with many questioning the identities of passengers they conveyed to the state. He shared and wrote: "Information reaching NHB has it that many BRT buses arrived Benin city yesterday the 25.9.2016 filled with thugs. My question is why are they in Edo state.''
